EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING NOTICE (EGM)

Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association will be held at 1.30 pm on Saturday 26th November 2016 at 3 Beach Valley Road Piha for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolution:

1. That the Association adopt new rules based on the Model Rules as proposed by the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services Association Incorporated (RNZRSA) which Rules are in the form posted both on the Association’s Notice Board at 3 Beach Valley Road Piha and on the Association’s website, but subject to any amendments thereto as are agreed by the meeting.
2. That such new Rules shall include a new class of membership as proposed and recommended by RNZRSA, namely, Provisional Members as defined in the Third ˜A’ Schedule to the new Rules.
